Is going viral important to succeed?
I have a whole highlights section dedicated to this on my Instagram. It’s called ‘Why PPA?’ and each slide is from a different client of mine. When you see it, you'll get it!
Virality is nice to have (sometimes), but not necessary for a thriving private practice. None of my clients who've built fully booked practices got there through going viral. They got there through consistent, strategic and aligned marketing.
Do you work with therapists outside the UK?
How much do I need to spend on ads?
All sessions are online, and I work with therapists across the UK and internationally. Our community in group consists of people from the UK, Europe, South America, North America and Canada.
You can start at £5 per day for as little as a week. Expect to pay around £10-£35 per client acquisition once the ads are rolling and you have good momentum in your eco-system. See more info here.

Do I still need a website if I use Instagram?

Do you have options for different budgets?
I'm newly qualified. Is it too early?
Yes. Instagram works best as part of a wider system. No single platform should do all the work. We don't own Instagram and could technically lose it.
As a practising psychotherapist, I teach you how to create content that respects our code of ethids, avoids oversimplifying complex topics, and speaks to your ideal client without shaming them. There's a full module on ethical guidelines.
Yes, if your budget can't stretch to Mentorship PPA Plus or PPA will be perfect for you. Both are built on the same ethical approach as the mentorship, just with less hands-on time from me.
Your readiness for private practice is a question for supervision. But when it comes to marketing...not at all. Starting early means building the right foundations from day one, rather than unpicking habits later.
Do I need Insta to start?
No. Several of my clients started from zero. Amita joined without an Instagram account and ended month 6 with 1.3k followers and 9 new clients. We build it together from the ground up.
